Does RyanPrints send out tracking information?Yes, we will send your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
After my order is complete, how long will shipping take?We ship everything through USPS 2-day shipping option. Please note that sometimes carriers experience delays. Please make sure your order your products in enough time.
What company do you use for shipping?We ship through USPS.
How long does it take to receive my design?Our design team works hard to have all designs ready in 48 hours or less! Please note that some projects (ex: Custom Journals, Brochures, etc.) have more attention to detail needed and could take an additional 48 hours to process. This time does not include any changes that may be requested during the process.
Do you offer refunds?Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Our creativity starts as soon as your order is placed. In special instances, if the product has not been printed, we can give refunds, less designs and processing fees.
What happens if my order is wrong?We know mistakes can happen. We will reprint if your prints have imperfections due to our part (ex: smudges, ink discoloration). However, if the mistake is due to not proofing your mock or other reasons due to the customer, we will charge a reprint fee.
How many copies can you make on the spot?We can make up to 10 copies on the spot. We are able to make more copies but they may not be completed until the next business day.

Does RyanPrints offer copy, scans or faxing services?Yes, we offer these services.
