Has Coronavirus affected RyanPrints?
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when part of an order may be shipped separately from another. However, if you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance as we may have missed part of the order.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team here or through our “help” button below.
How long does it take to design?
It takes 2-3 business days to complete a custom design depending on the number of your designs needed. If we are experiencing a high volume, it could take up to 5 business days to complete a custom design. Please note, we do not start designing until after payment is complete.
My discount code is not working, what do I do?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please check to ensure that you discount code has not expired and that you are entering it correctly. If you still need assistance, please contact our help center.
Where are you located?
We are located at 312 South Church Street in Thomaston, Georgia.
How long does it take to process orders after I have approved my design(s)?
For digital downloads, once you approve your design you will receive your download within 1 business day. For printed items, please allow 2 business days to complete the process. Larger orders could take up to 5 business days to complete.
Can you ship your products anywhere?
At this time, we only offering shipping in the United States.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards online and accept cash, checks and credit cards in the store.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?
Due to the customization of our products, we do not offer refunds. If you have a problem with your order, you may be eligible for a store credit.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
If the order you placed is incorrect and you believe it was a result of our production process, RyanPrints will reprint any order that is due solely to printing errors (ghosting, smudges, light ink, incorrect perforations, form alignment, etc.). If the order is being re-printed, no changes in copy, paper quality, quantity, or any such detail shall be allowed. In cases in which the error was created by the customer (topological errors, wrong names, not reviewing “proofs” fully, etc.), RyanPrints will reprint any project due to your error at your expense. In rare cases we offer refunds but store credits/reprints is always the first course of action. For any issues, please email us at sales@ryanprints.com.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our items.
Can I change my shipping address?
In most cases, yes, after you place an order you may change your Shipping Address up until we ship your items. To change your shipping address: (1) Through Email or (2) Through Chat enter your order # in the subject field and let one of the representatives know that you would like to have your address changed.
