Yes! We offer FREE designs on all print jobs! We only offer one FREE design per order. This means if you have 2 parties that you want invitations for, we would charge for only 1 of them. 
We ship through USPS. We ship everything through their 2-day shipping option. Please note that sometimes carriers experience delays. Please make sure your order your products in enough time.
Our design team works hard to have all designs ready in 48 hours or less! Please note that some projects (ex: Custom Journals, Brochures, etc.) have more attention to detail needed and could take an additional 48 hours to process. This time does not include any changes that may be requested during the process.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Our creativity starts as soon as your order is placed.  In special instances, if the product has not been printed, we can give refunds, less designs and processing fees.
However, if the mistake is due to not proofing your mock or other reasons due to the customer, we will charge a reprint fee.
Yes! We offer both! We can only make up to 10 documents on the spot due to our high-demand days and walk-in traffic. Anything over that would have to be dropped off and picked up later in the day.
Unfortunately, other than the standard copy, we do not offer same day prints. If you bring your own design, we can have smaller orders ready Next Business Day.
Yes, we send out tracking information once your order has been shipped.
